Kits ship to addresses in the United States.

How kits ship

After you pay, we order every part for your design from LEGO Pick a Brick and BrickLink sellers and have them shipped straight to you. Parts from different suppliers can arrive in separate packages, on different days. Every package ships with tracking, and we send you the tracking numbers.

Returns and refunds

Kits are bought to order for your design, so they can't be returned or refunded.

Lost packages or missing parts

Contact us with your order number and what's missing. We raise it with the supplier the parts came from, and any replacement or refund depends on the outcome of that claim.

Free plans

Every plan on studmap is free to build yourself. If you order the parts on your own, the seller's own shipping and returns apply.
